Words cannot describe how impressed I was with Kusadasi Transfers! Ali and his entire team were amazing. We were picked up from Izmir airport and taken to Surmeli Hotel quickly! The driver offered us cold water, which we jumped at as it was almost 40 degrees when we arrived! The car was clean, driver safe, but most importantly the service was honestly 1st class!!! You will not regret booking transfers or excursions with Kusadasi transfers. On a separate day we also booked an Ephesus tour. This was also spectacular. We had an English speaking guide, who explained the history behind the ruins and Virgin Mary's house. This was followed by an AMAZING lunch with beautiful views and a carpet making tour!! Thanks Ali, Volcan and Isa- you honestly made our trip more enjoyable and made us feel safe!

EXCELLENT COMPANY! I CAN'T RECOMMEND KUSADASI TRANSFERS ENOUGH. AS A DISABLED PERSON TRAVELLING ABOARD IS ALWAYS A LITTLE BIT OF A WORRY AND STRESSFUL. WE DECIDED TO DO PRIVATE TRANSFERS FROM THE AIRPORT TO OUR HOTEL AND FOUND THEM ON A WEB SEARCH. FROM BOOKING TO RETURNING HOME THEY WERE EXCELLENT. I EVEN RECEIVED A PHONE CALL THE DAY BEFORE TRAVELLING TO REASSURE ME THAT EVERYTHING WAS I PLACE FOR OUR TRANSFER THE FOLLOWING DAY AND IF THERE WAS ANYTHING WE NEEDED TO JUST LET THEM KNOW. WE AGAIN SPOKE WITH ALI ON THE JOURNEY TO THE HOTEL WHERE HE WANTED TO KNOW IF EVERYTHING WAS OK AND HAD WE RECEIVED THE ENVELOPE WITH OUR RETURN JOURNEY TIME DETAILS. THE DRIVERS WERE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN. WE HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED IT TO PEOPLE WHO ASKED HOW WE GOT TO OUR HOTEL AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO GIVE THEIR DETAILS TO OTHERS.

We recently booked a holiday @ Aqua Fantasy waterpark in Kusadasi and decided to book a la carte without a tour operator. We researched options for pickup from airport to and from hotel and we decided to take our chances on Kusadasitransfers. The manager, Ali was prompt, polite and very reassuring. We arrived at Izmir airport to be greeted by one of the drivers from Kusadasitransfers with our name card which is always nice and drove us safely to our resort. Our pick up was again faultless and on time and as before the driver was polite and courteous. If you are looking for cheap transfer izmir to Kusadasi with excellent customer service, these guys rock and honestly, they were cheaper than getting a standard taxi from Kusadasi town but much more cleaner and professional. Ali runs the most efficient and friendly transfer service I have ever used. From the moment I contacted him he responded immediately, we arrived early and his driver Ahmed was there waiting. Our car was spotless, air conditioned and two bottles of water were handed out. The journey was faultless. On our return trip Ahmed was there early and ready to go. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time. I have recommended him to my son who is using him when he travels on 10th June. Absolutely fantastic service and very reasonable rates. I am writing to recommend the services of Kusadasi Transfers. They picked us up at Izmir Airport and provided a round trip transfer at very reasonable cost. The car was new and the driver drove safely. All went according to arrangements. The manager Mr Ali was extremely helpful polite and friendly.

Thank you for your fantastic service and everything in between. From the moment I contacted Ali, he has made sure that everything was set in place. The prices are very reasonable. I enjoyed the fact that his vehicle did not smell of smoke and was extremely clean. When we arrived, it was extremely nice to see such a smiling face and greeted us in a professional way. When we arrived at our residence, he showed us the local grocery stores and the area. He also showed us the local gas station since we had also rented a car. When I was having problems with a few things while in Turkey, he also assisted me. His service does not just end at transfers, he also assisted in many things. You cannot find service like this in many areas. The plus is this, his English, is very well!!! That was such a huge plus for me. Keep up the great work and hope to use your services again!
